We are proud to offer two Canadian data centers, one in Toronto and the other in Vancouver. Your solution is managed for extremely high availability using a “Global Server Load Balancing” configuration for the DNS. In addition, each data centre will have a pair of SDC (SmartSource Data Collector) servers. This means that if there is a problem with the load balancer or entire data centre at one location, your data remains safe and continues to collect at the other data centre.

Custom Designed Data Analysis

For analysis, we provide FTP and direct web UI access to the Webtrends system. With this access, it is possible to reanalyze jobs, freely create new profiles, upload lookup tables, create custom reports, and even easily examine log file contents. Some clients will opt to upload their own log files to the server to have Webtrends process the results. There are no processing limits other than the capacity of the servers which you have allocated and your own Webtrends license.

Support servers (Email, FTP, Backup)

Unilytics will provide a server for email, FTP, backup and long term storage of raw logs. The operation of dedicated support services infrastructure is handled by Unilytics while clients will be able to seamlessly use the services within their managed Webtrends network infrastructure.
